Tired of saving all your favorite stats and then having a nightmare Style Box to have to spend HOURS sorting the way you want?

There is an easier way!!!

Step #1

When you save an Incredimail object (letter, sound, animation or e-card), a dialog box appears like the one below:

See how there is a check mark where it says "Close this dialog box when import completes?"

You need to UNCHECK this box while an object is being saved.  It is the only time you can do it.

Step #2

Now that you've UNCHECKED the box, when you save an object your save dialog will look like this:

Once the "save" bar completes and is full as in the image above, you need to click on "CHANGE" so that you can place the item you just saved in the folder that you want it in. 

 Here is what you'll see:

The highlighted collection is where Incredimail is going to save what you just selected.  Here is where you can scroll through your folders and save it where YOU want it saved!  Once you select the folder where you want it, just select "OK" to close the box.  If you don't already have a folder set up, you can select "NEW COLLECTION" and create a new folder and then save it.

Once you have the item saved in the folder you want, just click on "CLOSE" and you're done!!!

No more hours wasted sorting your Style Box ... you can sort as you save now!
